These Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") govern your use of the EZ website [insert website URL] and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Service") provided by EZ ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and by these Terms of Agreement. You may not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EZ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Commencement of Work and Refund Policy

Upon receipt of payment for mobile app development services, EZ will begin work immediately. Due to the work requiring capital investment and EZ's commitment to a strict and efficient schedule to create high-quality products, no refunds will be available once work has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EZ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EZ and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed by the laws of The State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
